Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 9, 2026
Cohesiv LLC ("Cohesiv," "we," "us," or "our") provides software and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our website at cohesivplan.com (the "Site") or use our application and related services (together, the "Services").
This policy does not apply to the financial and business data our customers load into the Services. We process that information on our customers' behalf and under our agreements with them — see "Customer Data" below.
1. Who we are
Cohesiv LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. We are the entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@cohesivplan.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you contact us, request a demo, sign up for an account, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We collect some of this information using cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).
Customer Data. When you use the Services as a customer, you and your authorized users submit financial, operational, and planning data into the platform ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide the Services and in accordance with our customer agreement. For Customer Data, our customer is the data controller and Cohesiv acts as a processor. If you are a user of a Cohesiv customer's account and have questions about how your information is handled, please contact that organization directly.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and the Services;
respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and support requests;
communicate with you about your account or our Services;
detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse; and
comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our Site uses a limited set of cookies:
Essential cookies. Set by our hosting and content-delivery providers (Hostinger and Cloudflare) to keep the Site secure and functioning. These cannot be turned off.
Analytics cookies. Where enabled, these help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner shown on the Site.
Our Site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to deliver the fonts. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this section.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the Site works.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only:
With service providers who perform services for us — such as website hosting, content delivery, and security (for example, Hostinger and Cloudflare) — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us;
For legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Cohesiv, our customers, or others; and
In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Services, and to comply with our legal obligations. Customer Data is retained and deleted in accordance with our customer agreement.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. If you access the Site or Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your privacy rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to or deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@cohesivplan.com.
EEA, UK, and Swiss residents (GDPR). If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@cohesivplan.com.
We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
10. Children's privacy
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by other reasonable means.
